I have letrozole, raloxifene(SERM), dutasteride, and 5% minoxidil.
1x letrozole tablet every week.
1x raloxifene a day.
1x 2.5mg dutasteride a day.
2x minoxidil a day.

First two to combat gynecomastia effects. (I had developed mild gyno last time I used dutas alone)
Will this work fine? Am I all set?

Depends on dosage.
I'll be using it to prevent future gynecomastia with low doses to moderate and block estrogen sensitivity.

That's quite a cocktail. Hope your liver can take it.

Maybe consider anti-gyno topically, @ajbrah had some success like that.

PS. Letrozole @ 0.25 mg EOD fried my hair, my temples went to sh*t fast. I recovered after stopping it.

I've never seen anybody report positive results from long-term use of both anti-DHT and anti-estrogen treatments.

OP your regimen is counterporductive . letrozole and AI cause hair loss and are dangerous for liver .
And 2.5 mg of dutasteride is pretty crazy . the combo is insane .
Maybe try 0.5mg of duta daily , you will have less chance of gyno

I'll drop the letrozole then and keep raloxifene at least. .5 or 2.5mg i still get gyno

you didn"t get gyno on fina ? maybe you should keep taking it?

i prefer the best of the best for my situation.
i dont think finasteride will do me much good as my balding is pretty aggressive. Lost a lot of hairline/temples over just 4 months, and vertex also thinning too much.

That is just dumb. Finasteride could work extremely well for you. But instead you are taking dutasteride, which may be no more effective than finasteride for you, plus anti-estrogens to combat its side effects which are going to be bad for your hair.

I can take 1mg Letrozole a week....to keep estrogen from going too high. This shouldn't cause hair thinning or hair loss.
Generic Raloxifene doesn't cause hairloss or hair thinning. This is moderate dose.

Also I did try finasteride for 3 months with nothing happening. Discovered Dutasteride and hopped on that.
