I have no idea how to start a new thread so I'm posting this here. I'm losing 100ish hairs every time I shampoo - normally I'd only lose like 30 (I have longish hair). This has been going on for a week now. My hairline is receding so I probably have male pattern baldness, but what do I do to stop the shedding? Will minoxidil work? Currently on Nizoral shampoo but doesn't seem to do anything, don't want to take finasteride due to sides.
