I'm considering therapy for my anxiety and could use some guidance. Lately, overwhelming anxiety has been impacting my daily life, and I'm unsure which therapy would be most effective. I've heard about cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based therapy but need help deciding. Has anyone tried these approaches for anxiety? What was your experience? Would you recommend them? I'm looking for insights before I explore therapy options further.
