Second Shed, Is It Actaully A Thing?

So, I've been using min for about 6 months. I had a light shed early on and my hair has gotten better until recently. Or well, I'm not sure if it's worse but there are definitely more hairs falling out in the last couple of weeks. It's mostly small hairs, but also a few that's 1/3 of the length. So, is a second shed actually a thing or should I be worried?

Do you know why it happens? To me it's logical that hair would fall out at the beginning of treatment since weak follicles are replaced with stronger follicles. But, I don't understand why it would happen again.
