Seborrhea causes hair loss?

It all started 3 years ago. Slowly ma hair started to fall out. Mostly when I was washing it and while drying and combing. I had to and still have to wash my hair once a day, max one time in 2 days.

I went to one doctor and he said I have seborrhea. Which is very suspicious cause my friends have to wash their hair once a day and their hair don't fall off.
So the doctor gave me S+U plusactive. After 3 months it is the same. He says that it's part of a process, old sick hair is falling out but new one is growing. It's hard for me to believe him. Does anyone else had the same problem or used S+U.

I'm 21 years old guy. I've noticed that 3 years ago that ma hair is falling out all over my head equally. My hair doesn't fall too much around temples or on top of my head, but everywhere equally. And it is quite thinning.
Did you have the same issue as me and how did it work out for you?

Non sense. If your hair is thinning and you see bald spots then its just male pattern baldness which can be accompanied by seb derm, but statistically speaking its not even worth questioning what it is if your a man its almost certain its male pattern baldness. Is seb derm connected to male pattern baldness since so many report the itch and that stuff? No one know but possible its still though considered separate from male pattern baldness as of now. Maybe both are related to the immune system somehow but science doesnt have the answers yet
