Isn't it amazing how hair loss sufferers are always conned like this?
I know! When i noticed my thinning i started paniccing, as I am sure most people do - and there are plenty of people out there that know that "sense of desperate urgency" people feel so they wave around anything to help and know people will bite if they make it convincing enough.
thats why i am glad to find this forum and get info from other people rather than salesmen. I really hate salespeople, this girl at greatclips kept trying to flirt with me then pushed me to buy a nioxin kit for 60 bucks telling me about dht and how rogain is useless... i almost bought it but luckily i was able to say no....got home and did some digging, turns out nioxin, a well known product, doesn't even have a single ingredient that combats DHT, it is at best a volumizer, and if you read the reviews a lot of the 5 stars are given by what may just be nioxin salespeople.

btw what's up with "nofap"? is fapping a lot a real cause of hair loss? Because that would explain A LOT as to why I am losing so much hair recently...
makes sense if you think about it, this world and nature is all alive. a man who gets lot of sex starts to lose hair so less women will find him attractive and will go to guys who don't have anyone....and thats why the bible forbids fapping cus you are basically just shooting yourself in the foot because you will lose hair cus nature thinks ur getting laid and in the end u will just be fapping away your whole life. Because they were fapping even though they condemn it. Yeah Christianity is full of hypocrites (big surprise, I know), but in the end fapping hurts yourself more than anyone else. I don't think its realistic to quit 100%, especially in this day and age, but working on reducing alone and avoiding things that trigger it (pornography) is a big step alone. Just imagine how your hormone levels react when you are choking the chicken every few hours. You may think it's just your dick and balls, but your entire body has chemical reactions and changes. Maybe just masturbate to one person, or an imaginary or angel girlfriend, anything to limit it. Which is why I believe in #lessfap because #nofap just isn't realistic for most people.

Imo, one of the biggest effects of Androgenetic Alopecia isn't just the hairloos that comes with it, but also, often for the first time in someone's life, the confrontation with something that's inevitable and unavoidable, or at least largely so. That's why people like to jump on all kinds of retarded stuff because hear-say has it that it might have something to do with hairloss one way or another. The sea cucumber is literally interchangable with nofap, saw palmetto, scalp relaxation, or whatever bandwagon might be popular with the young balding ones these days. Because even if it doesn't help with hairloss, it does help with the feeling of hopelessness when dealing with Androgenetic Alopecia. In that sense, keep squeezing excotic fruits if it makes you feel better because both you and I know damn well that you will keep losing hair regardless.
