Hi , guys m 21 Years old.. M on finasteride since 6months now ,0.25 Mg eod... Recently ive noticed a circular disc like thing under my left nipple which is not too big in size ... Should i quit finasteride.. (possible gyno)

No guarantee he'll keep his hair either with finasteride.

If you think this is us making fun of your situation, wait until women make a mockery out of your hair when you've progressed to NW3 or further.

For the record, nobody is making fun of you, we're all screwed by hair loss and some of us with gyno as well. On that issue I would ask FredTheBelgian about advice, he'll be able to help you far better than most of us.

Had a begining of gyno at 0.25 eod (big pain in breasts and hardeness under nipples ) i decreased to 0.25 twice a week, the gyno symtoms went away, but the effectivness of finasteride too i think

0.25 twice a week should still work, DHT levels take nearly a week to reach baseline levels... take it twice a week brings keeps DHT levels well below baseline for a good while.

You took finasteride for 6 months non-stop, maybe it is time to do a little break. Be off it at least 2 weeks and watch your gyno progression. Gyno is a side, so be careful because you are sensitive to the drug. By the way, why do doctors exist?

If you want solutions, go to a doctor and stop taking finasteride a few weeks and see your response regarding gyno. Then with the doctor´s advice and your feelings about gyno (if doctor says it is gyno) you will have to decide whether take it again, reduce dosis or look for another treatments.

After 3 weeks of break? Do you feel already better?
Although 0,25 mg twice a week seems to be pretty safe and a good idea, I would go to see a doctor before as you have experienced sides, but it is your decision

does anyone think if i ceased propecia after 2 months and developed a tiny lump (gyno) around my nipple do you guys think i would be able to get rid of it? or would i need an AI?
