hello, new to this forum so please bear with me.

I have no heridetary hair issues. But it started with my brother but he is very hot headed and gets angry very easily. On the other hand I am quite calm but have an abnormal sleep cycle. I have had lost hair in patches, like a small round on the crown ! Visible scalp when I part my hair and a very thin hair spot above the left ear. I loose a lot of hair, like I can see hair falling on the sink a long as I brush my hair if I don’t shampoo my hair for 2-3 days, it becomes very dry.

I have avoided cosmetic shampoo and try to use natural or organic shampoos. I am going to add all natural biotin shampoo and biotin tablets.

Now coming to my concern ! I recently got a haircut where my barber thinned my hair a lot using the thinner scissors, I am planning to go for a crew cut since I am planning to start a good diet, add biotin in my diet and get a better shampoo.

Please suggest any other approach to stop the thinning hair and also let me know if there is a way to stop the flakes and dandruff ! I have been suffering from flakes from so long. Thank you

Try Nizoral or T-Gel for your scalp issues. Use shampoos and conditioners that don't have SLS, parabens, alcohol, etc. If your going to take biotin then try to get a multivitamin that includes biotin. Something like this...https://www.walgreens.com/store/c/nature's-truth-superior-strength-hair-skin-&-nails-with-5000mcg-biotin/ID=prod6305185-product

Eating good and exercising has always been the key factors in keeping me positive and managing stress. Good luck.
