I'm very protective over my hair, I do have a long hairstyle (even though I have noticed that I'm loosing my hair) but I cannot massage my scalp with my fingers as it messes up the style and more hair comes out...
So I'm now using a massive paddle brush to massage my scalp... Would that be as effective as using your fingers?
