Scalp dryness and shedding pattern with Revita

Hi

How many of you guys went through a shed on revita shampoo I just started it how long befor it happens?

Also I have to use a conditioner after it as it makes my scalp flakey and itchy and I can tug some hair out in the itchy parts a few hours after this normal?
