Saw Palmetto with finasteride

I still get the male pattern baldness itch. Im 10 months on finasteride and I plan to add dutasteride sometime down the road.
Have had zero side effects touch wood so want to another dht blocker in Saw Palmetto 540mg daily. Does anybody done this and had side effects or even an improvement?
