Salicylic acid harmful?

So last night i was wiping my face with the clearasi acne pads with 2% salicylic acid. I then decided to wipe my scaple with it as i have lil red bumps and occational pimples. Well today i got up and the red bumps are gone? and my scaple feels "better". explaniation? or damage?

More like sanitised your scalp of bacteria and shed off some skin. Excellent in shampoo form (selsun blue 5) if you rotate with zinc pyridinethione (head and shoulders), and ketocotezole (nizoral).

i cant seem to find selsun blue 5

is it the same thing as selson blue medicated?

does selenuium sulfide 1%(selson blue) the same as saylic acid?

hmmm i couldnt find that at wal mart...but the selsun blue medicated i got has the same active ingredient so i assume itll be teh same?
