I have begun using 1% Nizoral and prescription Loprox shampoo on an alternating basis to reduce scalp inflammation and seborrheic dermatitis. For example, I use loprox one day, then normal shampoo the next, Nizoral the next, normal shampoo, etc, so it comes out that I use each about 2x a week.
Does anybody else do this? Does anybody in the know think that this is safe? The reason I ask here is because I know a lot of you are dealing with the same inflammation problems, and I value your opinions a lot more than I do some dermatologist who knows little or nothing about inflammation and hair loss.
