Well, is it possible to mantain your hair with just minoxidil 5% and Nizoral?

I'm afraid Propecia is affecting my sexual drive. Or Maybe if i take a 1mg pill in every two days... Last night i had a few erection problems. I don't know if it is Psicologic or because of the drug. sh*t, everything was soooo cool! What to do? I'm on propecia for 3 years and this never happeaned. Am I nuts or getting late side effects?

Taxi, in answer to your question: some people can maintain on one (minoxidil), some people can maintain on the other (Propecia) and some people need both. There's no way of knowing for sure until you try. Three years is a long time on Propecia, are you sure it's the Propecia? You did say everything was cool then all of a sudden- why not give it some time to make sure? By the way how has your hair been over those three years? Did you ever use minoxidil?

Thanks tom, for your reply. My small problem i think it's psicologic. I get hard and when i think of the side effects my penis just falls down. also don't like the condom.. In three years had no problms, but even so, i'm afraid...I wonder if 0.5 finasteride would solve the problem..

Dropping the dosage seems to do the trick for people with side effects. I would definetely try other avenues before quitting, especially if you've had success all this time. I've been on Propecia for about a year and a half, lately I've had some weird stomach pains lower down. I hope they will go eventually as I really don't want to quit propecia yet.

Sounds like if youve had no previous problems in 3 years of propecia use then its unlikely to be the propecia IMO.

If you think its pyschological then the more you think about bad side effects the worse it may get.
