S5 Cream Quality and Reliability?

Hey guys, this is my first post. I have been using minoxidil for a couple years (2X a day) Nizoral for about a year (2X a week) and started using S5 Cream about 3 months ago (only at night). I feel like the spironolactone has been quite successful. Since it has only been 3 months, I am hesitant to confirm or deny any regrowth, but I have definitely noticed a decrease in shedding. I find significantly reduced lost hair in the shower drain, my comb, my towel after drying my hair, etc. As this has only been noticeable in the past couple months, I feel that I can attribute it more to the spironolactone than the minoxidil.

My question is, can anyone confirm the consistency of spironolactone content and quality between batches of the S5 cream? The manufacturing details and quality control of S5 Cream are dubious at best, and I was hoping for some assurance that I can trust the product from order to order.
