what do u think about s5 cream dave? in terms of its effectiveness and safety/side effects?

I don't know, I assume it's weakly effective and give very weak side effects.

I'm considering it as an addition to my regimen.

Where are you planning on buying it from? I may as well try it, seeing as how nothing else is working for me.

Why? You're already on RU. spironolactone is much weaker.
Because it comes as a cream. I have oily skin and I always aim at varying the different application types.
This is why I liked noegenic stemoxydine: although costly, it came as a gel.
I think the secret to a good "cure" is diversification.
Oh, and luck.

They're not the same process.

From what I understand, S5 Plus is weak, but it may have potential in combination therapy.
I thought it's also the anti androgen angle? I wouldn't expect too much from the alphatradiol and tempol. If spironolactone works then they're icing on the cake. If it doens't then those two won't help either.

Alfatradiol is documented to be a modestly effective treatment.
Tempol is speculative, which is fine. If Swoop is enthusiastic, then I am.
Spironolactone, as discussed elsewhere on this site, is an anti-androgen but is so from three different angles.

That makes sense. Liquid can be really painful sometimes. But wait... neogenic is a gel? o_O Always thought it comes in a mostly ethanol/water vehicle

Im thinking of trying the cream as well..I use a spray from Dr but Im worried the alcohol may be degrading it..The Dr secretary told me no alcohol but i can smell alcohol..so i think she is mistaken...it has a year shelf life accorindint to pharmacist...but I'm interested in trying cream..one in Am one in PM just to see if i see a great difference.

I just peeped on your regimen. It blows my mind: six topical applications per day??? How do you even find all the time to do this (spacing time between adjacent applications included)?

You're truly fighting the male pattern baldness war with passion. And I suppose you're not losing anymore hair with your arsenal?Though there's no heavy gun, it looks like almost all known angles covered. 5ARi+AA+anti inflammatory+growth stimulant. Maybe lacking a bit PGD2 receptor blocker.

No, I am not losing hair anymore. However, the cure is costly and time-consuming.
PGD2 blocked you mean like latanoprost? I will call a derm next week. He prescribes it and has a chemist who does it.
