Running out of S5

Hello all, I have been using the s5 cream that I bought off this site. I feel I have had pretty decent results but I am running out and have forgotten my old username I used to buy it with. For some reason the 'hairloss shop' won't accept my card details, saying that 'my credit card details are wrong.' I don't have a credit card but didn't use one last time. Anyone know how I can get round this?

Any help is appreciated as I am running out!
