Hello, Ill be turning 23 soon, am at about Norwood 2.5, but diffuse af. If my hair gets wet I pretty much become a Norwood 15 immediately, but as long as that doesnt happen I can make it look decent. I tried Finasteride 0,5g ed, started 19 months ago, stopped 15 months ago. Still suffering from very noticeable sexual sides. So not going to try that again.
Currently only using Minoxidil spray 1x ed.
I tried RU, number of hairs falling out seemed to go down, but I stopped after like 3 weeks to start Finasteride because I still was in the "No one can know that hairloss even exists within me"-phase and had 3 dermatologists tell me how finasteride will solve all my problems at no cost. And I read on here that finasteride should never be used with RU because of sides. Well, finasteride only made me lose even more hair.
So what Im basically asking is: Should I try RU again because its like my only hope at this point or would I be wasting my time? Im ultra-paranoid of sides because of my experience with Finasteride, I had the feeling that I might have lost a slight amount of interest in sex while I was on RU, but nowhere near to what finasteride did and nothing persistent, might very well just have been in my head.
I was thinking u people visiting this forum frequently should have a good idea about the success/sides ratio people have on RU. How many get sides and how severe are they?
And even if sides arent an issue, how likely is it RU will let me maintain or even restore a bit if youre going by the experiences of other ppl uve read about + ur own?
I guess Ill have to go for a Hair System if that doesnt work.
