I've been on Finasteride for a few years and it seems to be slowing down thinning a lot. I noticed my temples thinning and immediately hopped on the big 3 with no hesitation. Anyway, since my hair loss began i've had that tingly/burning feeling on my left temple and frankly i'm sick of it. I want to start adding a topical anti-androgen, and since CB isn't readily available or tested I was just curious if it would be worth it to add RU to my regime. I've tried spironolactone on and off again and frankly I think it's pretty weak. What are your guys thoughts on RU? also would butylene glycol + DMI act as a suitable vehicle?
As an aside, I've been extensively researching the roll of prostaglandins (as most of us have) and i'm convinced that if Ramatroban/TM/Seti/OC was used in conjunction with a topical AA results would be stellar. Also, I have access to Dinoprostone (PGE2) and i'm planning to use that for regrowth.

I also have 5 grams of Chromoglycate that I plan to convert into a topical. Through research I have come across a novel smoothened agonist (SAG; activates Wnt pathways) that I hypothesize will have great efficacy in hair growth. Epithelial Wnt/β-catenin signaling is required for hair matrix cell proliferation, and SAGs have the ability to promote this differentiation. In short, activating smoothened inhibits Dkk-1, another transcription factor that is over expressed in the balding scalp. Theoretically an SAG against, a topical anti-androgen (RU/CB), a prostaglandin D2 synthase inhibitor and a PGE2 agonist (Dinoprostone) covers most of the signal pathways implicated in hair loss. Keep an eye out for my new thread in which I discuss the exact chemicals I have had custom synthesized, their vehicles, and theoretical benefits in hair growth and halting hair loss.
