rotating nizoral/tgel

Is it recommended to rotate between nizoral and tgel every three days, or use one every three days for like two weeks then use the other every three days for two weeks?

I know I've heard of people alternating between the two both ways, but I wasn't sure if one was recommended over the other.

My main issue here is stopping the flaking caused by minoxidil. I've been using it for a little over two weeks.

I've also been wondering about this. The thing is though, the drug in Nizoral is believed to possibly stimulate hair growth and inhidit dht. I don't think t gel offers any such possibility.

But I guess the main use of either one is for anti inflammation and I don't know which one does it better.

well this is what i do

use t-gel for 3 days and then rotate to nizorel.. You should use nizoral at least twice a week for full 8 weeks to see the results, well thats what the product carton says :)

So you use an anti-inflammation shampoo everyday? I didn't think this was good. :freaked:

But I could be wrong.

well i use t-gel every other day i dont use nizoral... Why, is it bad to use t-gel often in a week. I only wash my hair once a day i dont think it would be dangerous .

Also what is selsun blue, and whats the goodies in it ?

cheers :D

Well maybe Bruce or somebody will chime in on this one cause I don't know for sure.

I believe selson blue is basically an anti-dadruff shampoo like head & shoulders.

I personally use both nizoral and a anti-dandruff shampoo during the coarse of a week. My schedule is never constant but I like to use either nizoral or an anti-dandruff shampoo at least five days out of the week. I let my scalp relax with Infusium 23.
