Yes. It would be odd for someone who is male and in their early 30s, such as he, to not have ANY recession. It happens. Like wrinkles happen or less volume under the eyes. He has enough money to get hair transplants and whatever else, so we do not know if he is using any treatments or just naturally has very minor recession. A LOT of actors and singers are on treatments, got hair transplants or are using concealing devices.
His new haircut makes his hair look TOO good for his age. It almost looks sprayed on.
Also, had anyone seen Fabregas' hair whilst he's being doing punditry for the WC? Such a good transplant. I've seen that people in the Daily Mail comments section think he's wearing a hair piece.

Fabregas is clearly using concealers.
