Rogaine spray vs foam?

Hi I used a local brand similar to Rogaine spray, (5% minoxidil), for about a month, I got extremely itchy in the head, I had to stop it, I want to try Rogaine foam but I am not sure if it causes the same allergic reaction, thoughts please?

My brother is visiting the US soon he is able to get me that, maybe the Rogaine is manufactured in a better way compared to what we have here.

You should get less irritation with the foam

Yeah the itch is usually due to PG- none in foam

How about the 2% minoxidil as well?

The foam also has polysorbate in it which helps remove DHT
