Rogaine same as Xandrox????

First time poster but will be an active contributor once I get going. I have diffuse thinning (I think) so my crown is starting to show some scalp. My plan is to go on finpecia, crinagen, and something to help feed the hair.

My question is, what is the difference between all the % of rogaine and xandrox? Minoxidil is the main ingredient in both of these right? I see Dr. Lee has many different flavors to choose from, I just don't know which is best for me. I can post pictures is necessary.

Xandrox contains Azelic Acid, a substance purported to inhibit scalp DHT. Not much to back that up, but some end users seem to like it.

I have heard about Azelic Acid, but if it works or not might just be snake oil. I also remember reading that the acid may be harmful to some people. Heard anything about that?
