Rogaine making hair worse?

I don't have extreme/ severe hairless. You can look at my other pictures to see. However, my hairline has receded a little bit, and I am working on doing something about. I'm 20. I did Rogaine for a month, and stopped a day and a half ago because it seemed like my hairline is worse than before. If I stop now, can I still recover anything?

supposedly thats what happens the first few weeks. then it regrows a few months later

I'd keep going it's suppose to look worse before it gets better.
