Rogaine foam question (probably been asked a million times)

I can't seem to find the thread I want about it but long story short, this current shed has really affected my temples regions of hair badly and I think I am starting to recede more. I have a 3 month supply of rogaine foam that I purchased and if my hairline and temples keep receding I plan to use it.

Anyway my question is, has anyone done one 2ml dose of rogaine foam once day and seen maintenance/thickening/regrowth. I would prefer to do that just because of time constraints.

To answer your question, I don't know, but honestly the foam is so easy to use, I'd just do it 2x a day. I don't trust that you get enough on your actual scalp with their recommended dosage, though, so I probably end up using close to double the dose per day. It dries in about 5-10 minutes though, so you can easily apply it before doing your hair or going to bed.

I have been doing that for years. Once I did that I saw no difference in the way my hair looks. When I use Dr Lees I probably use 1.25ml and a little less than twice the dose of foam. The foam is basically half a cap per dose and I almost fill it up and use it so its not about ml's.

Twice a day is too much of a hassle.

Thanks guys, right now I am just going to ride it out but if I notice even more recession here in the next few months to see if I am going to recede even more.

Interesting Cassin, I didn't know that could work the same. I thought that the idea behind the 2x a day recommendation was to keep minoxidil in your system 24/7. Maybe I'll give that a shot.
