Rogaine before Propecia?

Did most of you try Regaine before taking Propecia, or did you just jump in or do both at same time. A lot of surgeons don't rate Rogaine, and wondered if it's worth trying before taking propecia?

Depends on the type of loss, and your family history of loss. For me, male pattern baldness is agressive, so I should have tried finasteride first, then Rogaine.

A word of advice, don't start 2 things at once. If you have success...then how are you going to know which one works the best and what's working for you?

I used rogain first because I didn't know finasteride existed. If I would have started finasteride when I started MIN I'd pretty much have all my hair still. If you are not going to do finasteride at all, however you should at least get on MIN then look into RU or CB.

It's just not mentioned anywhere other than on here.

Sorry to force the issue, but why do people only mention finasteride and regaine, when there are these 2, what do they do, and why are people on finasteride instead? Are there more sides with these?

RU and CB are more expensive, and take a bit more effort since you have to prepare the mixtures yourself.

Some say yes some say no. In male pattern baldness there is no definite yes or no. Something we all have to accept for the time being.

I've never heard of this complaint from finasteride users. Can you point these out to me?
