Rogain - alcohol content

Is it true that rogain has alcohol content? It sure smells like that. Is this harmful? Especially in the case of psoriasis. Is there a non-alcoholic alternative?

Organic solvents are necessary, ethanol and propylene glycol are pretty much the only options. As for psoriasis, mine doesn't seem any better or worse than before I started treating male pattern baldness... Well, maybe a little worse...
