revivogen

hi
I too have these brown patches that stay on my head after revivogen application. I find the only thing that removes it is head and shoulders anti dandruff shampoo
'do you find that revivogen is working for you

I would assume from what Bryan told me that the 2oz vials are the most effective part of the treatment. I doubt the other stuff does much. But i could be wrong. i wish I knew the percent of each ingredient and how much they are absorbed. Oh, and I never tried it, so don't listen to me.

If you have short or buzzed hair you can get a cotton ball, apply baby oil and rub it on your head. This should help remove the staining...

is there a reason you can use your finger nails? I get all kinds of grime out of my face with them every time I take a shower. it is mostly in the beard area.

usually only 2% of topical solutions will go through your skin. so it is normal for the stuff to build up there. just get rid of it in the shower.

damn that is a good looking avator.

Tonybmx....i have only been on revivogen for about 3 weeks so haven`t noticed any results or anything yet. In my regime i am using, minoxidil, revivogen and fincar split into quarters and think i am going through a shed. But i just want it to end and then start some regrowth or at least to make it look thicker and fuller. How is your regime going and what results have you seen. Also do you use minoxidil twice a day, and any good ideas of when to apply it in the morning without going to work with your hair still wet waiting for the minoxidil to dry onto the scalp???

you are noticing a shed either because a greater than normal number of hairs are entering telogen and falling out, or your total hair count is not being replaced. Telogen lasts 3 months, so that is how long it takes for the last wave of extra hair entering tellogen to be replaced by new hair. The amount growing due to finasteride should start to increase sooner, but may not be noticable right away.

1 punchbob.........have been using revivogen for 4 months now. Basically, I got a shock the other day because I noticed a small loss of hair/thinning of hair in the areas of application. I therefore got some advice from this site and started using minoxidil aswell as revivoge. I therefore apply minoxidil twice a day (morning and evening) and apply revivogen last thing at night. Its a bit of a pain, especially since im in the forces and I travel to many bases/ships, which therefore makes it difficult to keep up to the plan. I also find that I get bad brown stains that I cant propally remove, and since I have grade 4 shaved hair I feel that people will notice the stains. Im just going to continue following this regime, whether its successful or not, until a more user friendly product comes my way...it just seems too fiddely and messy at the moment. But now to the main answer....yes, although I feel im going through a slight shed at the moment, i feel that there are new hairs forming which appear to be getting stronger. But I will have to continue for another 2 -4 months before I can tell for sure. Let me know how your getting on with your day to day applications and do you have any results....this question is also open to anyone reading this article too
