Revivogen Scalp Therapy + minoxidil

Is there anyone here who is currently using the Revivogen scalp therapy with minoxidil in there regimen.

I recently started on Spectral DNC yesterday and am wondering if its better to apply minoxidil first or the Revivogen scalp therapy?
