My hairline has been receding more rapidly here in my 12th month of propecia. I did not want to do this, but the time has come to add minoxidil. I need frontal regrowth ever so badly. I hope that minoxidil does not eat away at my hairline and make it permanently worse, as horror stories dictate. Can anyone confirm that minoxidil will not have such effects? Here is my revamped regimen (keep in mind I am in college and 2 applications of minoxidil is not the easiest thing in the world to do).
5% Minoxidil at hairline/temples in the AM when I get the chance
Alternate 1% Nizoral and a mild shampoo in the AM
American Crew CP in the afternoon when I get the chance
12.5% Xandrox at the now bare temples before I go to bed
Propecia before I go to bed
Wish me luck in this. I swear, at 6 months everything was going good, not the best of hairlines but increased thickness. Now 6 months later and my hair is the farthest from that of a regular 19 year old.
