Restarted minoxidil after 5 months

I used minoxidil for one year with good results and then I stopped using it like 5 months ago. Started losing hairs and got back on it a month ago... And shedding seems to crazier.... Has anybody experienced the same, will restarting the solution get me back to where I was prior to stopping it and how long would the shedding continue ?

Why would you quit if you had good results? If you stop it of course you will lose what you gained and maybe some. Restarting may or may not get you back to where you were.
