Restarted Minoxidil , 3 Month Slight Improvement

So I was using minoxidil foam 1-2 times a day for a good couple year but for some reason stopped and gradually took quiet a big hit , jumped back on it start of August aswell as Nizoral shampoo and am definitely noticing a difference in the hair line , feels much stronger and thicker I’ve been taking finasteride 1.25 mg also for a few year but havnt noticed any positive differences apart from libido turned to trash

Left side looks better. Angles are all a bit different which makes it hard to assess.

How long had you been on Minoxidil before you stopped before adding finasteride? And how much/how long did it help the first time?

I was taking minoxidil for about 2-3 year and my hairline didn’t budge , not to sure if it regrew anything apart from small fine hairs I jumped on finasteride as a precaution for my crown but as far as my hairline goes minoxidil seems to be the only thing that works for me.
