Replacing Saw palmetto with Soy

Hi

I was gonna buy a product for hair loss that I know earlier included Saw palmetto, goathornseeds and b-vitamins, but it doesnt include saw palmetto anymore. So I e-mailed the company about the new ingredient (Soy) and they replied that they had replaced it with Soy because newer research shows that it's better than Saw palmetto when it comes to DHT.

Does anyone know if this is true?
Maybe they just replaced it to make it cheaper in production.

Saw Palmetto and Soy are reported both to be good as natural DHT inhibitors...I tried Saw Palmetto and got no result, I also take regular Soy per week and seen no result with that either but as the drinks are nice I will continue with the Soy.
