Remember those "Shampoo causes baldness" guys?

Well, according to them some bald old man named Lawrence Cutsinger came up with the cure for baldness..never wash your hair. Eventhough this guy had pics of his head and he was a NW7 with a greasy, thin, horeshoe they still claimed that he had regrown his hair because apparently he never had a hair on his head and that horeshoe was regrowth.

Well, these guys were convinced and went around different hair loss forums proclaiming Cutsinger was going to shock the world and show after 10 years of not washing his hair, he had full regrowth. The proclamation was going to be unveiled on July 15th and Cutsinger was going to be an overnight celebrity for all his hard work and research into such a plausable and hole-free theory.

Well, the deadline came and went and the old man never regrew any hair. 10 years of not washing his hair, did absolutely nothing except make his poor forum members and followers more bald, more scalp inflamed, and more distraught for wasting time that could have been spent actually helping their condition.

ANd so ends a rather funny chapter which we all knew was a big joke. Jayman used to go nuts on those guys DIamond Dave lol...to think people even wasted their time arguing with those losers in their threads when they were all the same one person(diamond dave) anyways under different usernames.

That was a very interesting time for this forum. It should still be understood that shampoo can be an irritant and even an allergen for people whether they are balding or not. It can give the illusion of the condition worsening as inflammation, redness, and pain can all cause great physical, and more importantly, mental distress. Most shampoos are thoroughly tested before they are ever released to the general public, so if there truly is a problem with skin damage, those shampoos would have been pulled from store shelves.
