(yeah i know my hair in general look like sh*t in this pic but it looks way better after i use good shampoo and brush my hair)
my hair thinning is really bad and i want to thicken it up as much as i can in the shortest time possible(don't tell me about hair transplant...), i am willing to sacrifice my health and have gyno(doesn't even care from the risk) and i don't want to use minoxidil(it makes you completely dependent on it for life and is not convenient like pills).

i found someone on this forum who claimed that dutasteride gave him noticeable improvement after two months and for me any kind of improvement is good improvement.
dose this guy i right about taking 3 pills/day in the first 10 days and than switching to one pill a day in the 11th day gives more result? what is the dosage should i use per day and how much it may take to get some nice improvement?.
from what i understand from this research https://www.bernsteinmedical.com/research/dutasteride-vs-finasteride/
you can take as much as 2.5 mg per day, can i do this for some time to speed up the regrowth and than gradually lower the dose a bit in order to maintain what i grown?.

please don't tell that this is bad for me or something, my condition gave me a really bad depression, in the last days/week i barely ate anything, i can not eat an entire day and force my self eat something just cause i know i need to eat and not cause i am hungry, i barely could get out of this forum and internet and started to have some suicidal thoughts. i can handle any physical pain as long as my hair will get better in the visible future.

Dutasteride is always going to spark debate on this forum, with different arguments and different opinions. The bottom line is, scientifically and on paper it should suppress more DHT than finasteride, but as you may already know, DHT is clearly not the only culprit in the mystery that is male pattern baldness. Anecdotally, theres mixed reviews. Some say it ruined their hairline, some say it helped them. You really are just going to have to come to your own conclusion, because In reality, no one has the answer, and its going to effect everyone differently. If you're ok with potential sides, I don't really see any reason not to try it, considering your male pattern baldness seems to be pretty aggressive. Theres just not enough documented and detailed stories on this site in regards to dutasteride. Take pics and get a blood panel done, and keep us updated.
