Why don't you leave it at that for a while and see what happens? If you're young and are in the early stages of hair loss, that may be all you need, at least for a while. Why not give your regimen at least six months before changing anything?

OTOH, if you want to do an all-out assault because you're in a more advanced stage of hair loss, then the next thing to add would be minoxidil.

TGel and Nizoral may also be overkill. I don't think its recommended that people use medicated shampoo's 7 days a week. That's partially why Nizoral's directions say only to use it once every 3 days. Nizoral should be enough all by itself. Use a gentle cleansing shampoo and moisturizing conditioner on the off days.

I agree with HairLossTalk.com. Adding a conditioner can be very beneficial.

Nizoral and T-Gel are completely different kinds of medication. Using Nizoral every day would be very hard on your scalp and hair. Coal tar, the active ingredient in T-Gel, has been used for more than 50 years to soothe skin irritations, including severe ones such as eczema. Eczema sufferers used to take baths in the stuff every night with no ill effects, in fact only beneficial effects, on their skin. There are better solutions now to combatting eczema, but the fact remains that using a coal tar solution to combat skin irritation is completely safe to even use every day if you wish, but I agree that using a conditioner is a good idea. For me, now that I'm using T-Gel 2-3 times a week as well as Nizoral 3 times a week, the scalp irritation I was getting from Revivogen is calming down.

Careful with the copper peptides on the scalp ...

I know they're 'good for the skin' and what not.. but sometimes I think Folligen spray makes my head itch in random spots, at times.

Not sure if that's cause of the 5 months I've been on Propecia.. or because of male pattern baldness taking it's effect or what...

Either way, an itch is a c***.. and the best way to kill it is nizoral 2 - 3 (or more depending on your situation) times per week.

The Folligen is nice stuff I feel it improves overall skin/scalp health and also hair quality itself, BUT I think it's potency is sometimes a cause of random itch spots.. on my head anyway.

Time is yet to tell the rest of this tale.
