Regimen help

Hey...

I am 21 years old and started shedding for the last several month, I have thinning around the crown, which is visible. I would like someone to answer some of my questions about my regimen. I started taking 0.5 mg of propecia about two weeks ago, bought some omega-3 and L-arginine as well, started using Nizoral.

I am thinking about starting rogaine, however am afraid of the shedding that people suffered after using Rogaine, could someone gove me some input on this shedding problem, and I have heard that Nizoral has similar effects as Rogaine, therefore is using Nizoral good enough? and how often do you use Nizoral?

for a lot of people when they use minoxidil they will get a shed of hair a few weeks into treatment,for me on liquid it was about 3 weeks and on foam about 4 weeks.

the thing is a shed is a good thing,its the old hairs falling out to make way for better ones,stronger ones..........nizoral may cause the same thing but to a lesser extent

like most people get told,ride out the shed and hopefully youll reap the benefits when it comes back better


i use nizoral 2-3 times a week
