I am sorry but I am sick of the ridiculous spelling mistakes on these sites. The word is REGIMEN:

* (medicine) a systematic plan for therapy (often including diet)
http://www.cogsci.princeton.edu/cgi-bin/webwn2.1

Not either of these two
REGIMENT:

* subject to rigid discipline, order, and systematization; "regiment one's children"
* form (military personnel) into a regiment
* assign to a regiment; "regiment soldiers"
* army unit smaller than a division
http://www.cogsci.princeton.edu/cgi-bin/webwn2.1

Or this one, REGIME:

* government: the organization that is the governing authority of a political unit; "the government reduced taxes"; "the matter was referred to higher authorities"
* regimen: (medicine) a systematic plan for therapy (often including diet)

As far as advice goes I really suggest you try to calm down. You post so many messages asking the same thing over and over again. Nobody can give you the answer you seek because everyone's experience with hairloss is different. The vast majority will tell you to wait it out and see if your finasteride shed recovers over the next 3 months or so. I know it's hard but obsessing over it only makes it worse. Personally I am thinking of shaving it all off and continuing treatments just to see if it will take my mind off this crap while I wait it out.

I think its awesome that you can find the time and look up proper definitions for specific words but it is completely useless. Some people come here not knowing lingo and such but who cares? we're all in this together and its just a hairloss forum not a nerdy spelling contest.
