Regarding Finastride sexual side effects

does it result in decreases sexual desire or is it just harder to get an erection? can a guy still be horny and just have issues with erections, or is it psychological too?

Short term libido, longer ED was mine and I suspect many peoples experience. I'm tapering off, possibly for good.

i have been taking finasteride for about a month now, i have a loss of libido, as in, i would rather watch the goonies than have sex. as for erections, i still have them but they are not as strong as before, still good enough to do the job though. but other than that i am ok, i am hoping that these symptons die off after a few months when my body is used to the meds

I think the medical literature suggests both impotence AND lowered libido as (remote but real) possibilities.
