Hi,

I am new to this forum and need a bit advice.

I started losing my hairs 3 to 4 years ago. My hair is getting thin and it seems I will lose my hairs in few months. See my pictures.

I am usine Alpecin shampoo for 3 years, I do not think it helped either.

I started using Regaine Foam twice a day for last 3 weeks but It felt itchy.

Could I use any shampoo to reduce itchiness ?

Also I have just started a family life so cannot use propecia.

Also am I candidate of hair transplant ?

As you dont use finasteride you aren't a good candidate for a hair transplant.

You could get a hair transplant now and be successful but without finasteride you are continuing to bald and would require further hair transplants down the line

Try to use the Nizoral 2% shampoo 2-3 times a week, it may help.

Thanks.... I will try...

Also could I go for hair transplant now?

I do not think it is the right moment now, I would try to use Rogaine for 4-6 months time to see if it works for you, also if you are satisfied with the result before considering hair transplant, if I were you.

Nizoral Dandruff Shampoo is part of the big 3 and can also help with itchy/dandruf scalps... it certainly does help ease it.

I tried progain shampoo and alpecin but I still get itchyness so am gonna switch back to nizoral shampoo, its far better then progain shampoo.

I may add tree oil or selenium sulfide shampoo as mentioned but 1st must order off nizoral !
