Out of interest, do most start on the normal one and progress up to the Extra strength version, of can you start straight away with extra strength, what do you guys recommend?

Also, do Boots or the like, in the UK offer the foam, or should I start with the liquid?

Please tell me what you guys recommend, normal or extra strength

Thanks

I started on 5% extra strength and sure enough after 5 or 6 weeks my hair looked like sh*t from heavy shedding at the temples, but 15 weeks in now & it looks awesome my hairline already looks as good as it did back in Summer 2008.

Unless you have a very sensitive scalp extra strength should be fine, just remember to use Nizoral shampoo twice a week to stop inflammation.

Also according to this site, studies say the foam is more effective than the liquid at regrowing hair, so give it a go as it's cheap from here too.

I bought the liquid online from Boots a while back because I didn't even know the foam existed then (they still don't sell it under the UK Regaine label for some reason). Foam would definitely make things easier for you in the mornings though, as it dries a lot quicker than the liquid.

Thanks for that! I'll give it a go, Was using concealer for crown, and front was OK, but I'm now really losing at the front which is very depressing.
Should it work on frontal as well as crown for regrowth then, is that common?
Didn't know that about Nizoral, I thought that could cause the irritation
