regaine shampoo, T-Gel and T-Sal

Hi all,
I have a thinning hair on my Scalp and Norwood case.
currently I am using Nizoral 2x weekly. I was inquiring what should I use other days of the week?

T-Gel, T-Sal or Regaine shampoo? because these are the only shampoos here. specially, what are the differences between T-Gel and T-Sal?
