Hey guys all the last 3 years since trying to slow down my own hair loss situation I've always been given solution as I used clinics before for advice and help - only recently discovering this forum where now I'm taking things into my own hands and in process saving money!
My question is first there are these 2 brands, Regaine and Kirkland, is there something as one is better then the other? (I'm currently for the last month using Kirkland)
Second I see a few people in the success stories area use foam, I never used it - what's the idea with foam?
When I use solution, I apply it all over and use it twice a day. I apply it once I have dried my hair. I do find the years of using solution has ruined the texture of my hair and my hair is nothing as smooth or easy to style like it was say 2-3 years ago. Now when I want to style my hair, it's a easy 45 min task infront of the mirror, also of course trying to hide my temples.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
