Reduce DHT in the scalp by using topical solutions....

Fellas you may remember I made a thread not too long ago about starting Propecia well basically I have put it off after doing intensive research I am 18 and I do not want to use it this early while my brain is developing. Currently I have a full head of hair with what seems like very early thinning at the crown and some recession at the front hairline.

Basically I was doing research and found that Revivogen might just be what I need to maintain this current state of hair without using Propecia.

Now what I would like to know is what other topical solutions should I be using with the sole aim to maintain my current hair for a number of years? I am not concerned with regrowth I just want to maintain these healthy follicles.

What you guys reckon about Revivogen and do you have other suggestions regarding topical solutions that reduce DHT in the scalp?

Oh and I forgot to ask since I have very early male pattern baldness's will it work or does it only yeild results for people who are diffuse thinning?

Dude, unfortunately the only 2 proven things are minoxidil and finasteride (propecia).

If you take one out of the equation, being finasteride, it means your basically taking your chances with unproven products.

I'm 22, personally had side effects with propecia, which after much experimenting, stabilize / go away, when taking 0.25mg , which is not as effective as 1mg, but proven to be quite good still through studies on dosages. So I'm doing that in conjunction with Revivogen.

Anyway, I would suggest try Revivogen for atleast 6 months, and make sure you apply it correctly. Your in a good position to be able to give it a shot, and in 6 months if things arn't looking good, mabye having the option of taking up minoxidil.

Highly would advice not to start minoxidil now. It'll create massive shedding for you, and you'll be stuck having to rely on the product for life.

I would like to start Reviogen where do you guys get it from? I was thinking of just purchasing the Scalp treatment stuff not the shampoos...

If sh*t hits the fan in 6 months I will try very low doses of finasteride and see how the sides are but hopefuly Rev can stop DHT in the scalp!

Yeah man give it a shot, unfortunately revivogen is only really found for the same expensive prices everywhere on the net... I can say at this stage it still looks like ive been slowly losing ground on revivogen and low propecia dosage, but thats just me... give it a shot and time...
