Redness From Dermarolling, How Long Should I Wait Before Applying Minoxil? I Ing A 1,5 Mm Dermaro

Hello,

Yesterday I got redness after dermarolling for about 14 minutes with a 1,5 mm dermaroller.
I still have red sores on my scalp about 19 hours since I dermarolled. How long should I wait before I can apply Minoxil foam?
