Red burning Face from minoxidil or finasteride?

where all have this Symptomes from minoxidil?

i have make for 2weeks one minoxidil attempt 5Days burning
watery Eyes red eyes-and a Sunburn Face

Foam-kirkland-Regaine-Rogaine all the same
(2%-5%)

and:
Libido Problems with minoxidil
i take 15Years finasteride No Problems
when i take minoxidil my Penis is liveless
when i quit minoxidil,after 4-5Days all OK and Libido is back
