Recreated Hairlines

I've been browsing through lots of post hair transplant photos, mostly off of the huge index of pictures on the Hair Transplant Network, and I am often struck by what I perceive to be pretty unnatural looking hairlines. Especially when you look at them in comparison to what is often left in the areas for side temple recession. It seems that if more procedures followed a line simulating some temple recession curvature at top rather than hard lines across, it would look more natural. I realize some of this is patient choice obviously.

As someone lacking a hairline anymore, perhaps I'm just being particular. I know if I ever have a procedure done I certainly want to maximize the naturalness of the appearance.
