Recommended Dosage ???

I am going to be switcing from Propecia to dutasteride.
I have been taking 1mg of propecia each day for the last 20 months.
Could someone recommend a dosage of dutasteride that will help me possibly regrow some lost hair ? Mostly in the crown area, with alittle help needed in the hairline area.

I would start with 4x 0.5mg a week. ED is very much and in my eyes not needed. If you get used for this dosage too much after 1-3 years you can still upper to ED.
