Recommendations?

Hey guys,
I am looking for a good regiment. About ten years ago I tried Propecia, and got the usual sexual side effects. Said f-it and quit, as my hair loss has been very very slow (it started at 17, but just now a bald spot is developing at 34). That has always been the thing really; I do have hair loss, but it is mad slow, so I can't tell what treatments are doing the trick. Anyway, I enjoyed my 20's not on anything, but more recently it is getting a little noticeable now.

I am on Saw Palmetto which has lesser side effects, but just like Propecia, my hair loss is so slow that I can't really tell if anything is working or not. I use Nizoral once 2-3 times a week as well, why not right?

Anyway, I don't regret not taking action earlier (after the Propecia thing I just decided to enjoy my youth and be able to use my junk properly), but now am looking for something to help things out. So, what would people recommend? I would like to have my bald spot grow back, it isn't too bad right now. Here's what I have looked at, thanks for the advice on it;

-Propecia. Side effects before, could .25mg work? I have a sensitive system, I may have just taken too much for me back then. The other issue is that will it help actually grow the bald spot back? I have read conflicting things...

-minoxidil. Also here conflicting things, such as it doesn't mean anything without an androgen blocker. Thoughts?

-Revivogen. I am curious about this one, as it is a DHT blocker with less side effects? I see the people who run this site promote it, but what do the masses think?

-dutasteride. Seems like it would be too powerful, with major side effects if you got them on Propecia.

Thanks gents, just curious. I know the possible treatments, but want hear back from the people themselves about them. Again though, which one of these is going to help with that darn bald spot? Guess I represent the very slow hair loss group, but it is there none the less, and has finally started to catch up with me.
Thanks all!
