Topical inhibitors are rubbish.

They don't penetrate the skin effective enough to be considered a good stand alone drug. All though a derma roller from my understanding is your best bet for topicaly inhibiting dht with drugs such ru, Azelic acid and ru to name a few.

I was looking into derma rolling but read some horror stories and some strong evidence of damaged skin etc. Also the admins closed down the derma rolling thread, which probably isn't a great sign.

Finasteride is better than minoxidil. But as far as harder androgen fighting products, the science is out there... That's all I'm gonna say.

I'm on both finasteride and minoxidil and rceently added dutasteride, once per week.

I am looking into RU and in the meantime, I decided to purchase topical spironolactone. Yes I know that topical spironolactone is considered fairly weak but I think it's worth a shot. There have been reports of success from using spironolactone.
